The company was founded by Jamal Vleij, who co-created an open-source, user-friendly payment system adopted by numerous Dutch municipalities, earning a Computable Award. His journey across Europe and over the world inspired Fly to empower individuals through elegant digital tools.
Fly Software operates as Fly Innovations OÜ out of Tallinn, Estonia, leveraging the country's forward-thinking digital infrastructure to keep innovation—and decision-making—fast and friction-free. Founder Jamal Vleij works from Porto, Portugal, tapping the city's creative energy while leading a distributed network of highly skilled European developers, hand-picked to give every project exactly the expertise it deserves.
