The company was founded by Jamal Vleij, who previously co-created an open-source, user-friendly payment system adopted by numerous Dutch municipalities, earning a Computable Award. His journey across Europe and over the world inspired Fly to empower individuals through elegant digital tools.
Fly Software operates as Fly Innovations OÜ out of Tallinn, Estonia, taking advantage of the country’s streamlined digital infrastructure to cut through bureaucracy and focus on execution. Founder Jamal Vleij lives in Porto, Portugal, drawing on the city’s creative energy while leading a distributed network of skilled European developers, hand-picked to match each project with exactly the expertise it needs.

Musicality is an app designed to deepen connections through music. Beyond teaching musicality, we aim to ignite a passion for music as a potent medium of expression and understanding.
By matching local learners with experts, the goal is to unlock and enhance precious moments of learning. This project is being created in close collaboration with a leading Dutch city.
